James
About the Job
James is disciplined, physical, focused, and quietly emotional - a man who has learned how to keep moving, even when the tuture is not yet visible. He works construction by day, building with his hands, while looking across the street at the glass office building where he imagines a different version of his life. He studies Business & Technology through NU in the margins: in his truck, at the kitchen table, on lunch breaks, late at night beside a half-built crib. His past as a veteran is present, but subtle - in the way he carries himself, fixes a collar, makes a bed, prepares for the day. This is not a military story, It is a reinvention story.
