Project Notes

Usage Info: Materials: Any and all results and proceeds of my participation in the Campaign (including, but not limited to, any and all materials created therefrom and an unlimited number of lifts, stills, edits, and versions thereof, and any b-roll/behind-the-scenes footage and/or photography). Media: Internal Use Only / Internal Presentation Use / Concept Pitching Use Only Optional Usage: Media: Social Media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (including Instagram Stories and Reels), Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.); Internet / Digital Media (e.g., websites, microsites, banners, pop-ups, takeovers, pre-roll, etc.); and PR/Editorial Use (e.g., press releases, media alerts, media outlets, trade publications, etc.). Archival in-perpetuity. Term: One (1) Year from Client's first public use of the Materials. Renewal Option: Agency and/or Client has the option to renew the terms of this Release for one (1) additional year for an additional $750.00 + 20% talent agency fee USD commencing upon the expiration of the initial Usage Term (such additional year, the “Renewal Term”). Territory: Worldwide. Conflicts/Exclusivity: None
