About the Job

The Role: We're casting charismatic on-camera hosts for live shopping streams. You'll go live for 1 to 2 hours at a time, hyping up products, telling stories about the bands, brands, and culture, running auctions, and building a real-time community with viewers who care about this stuff as much as you do. Think part QVC, part hanging out at the merch table, part your most plugged-in friend showing you what's cool. Who You Are: You love alternative music and culture. Emo, punk, pop punk, metal, hardcore, goth, scene, whatever flavor. You light up talking about it. You're into alt fashion and style beyond just band tees. You know the brands, the looks, the scene aesthetic. You're comfortable on camera. Not stiff, not scripted, just yourself with the volume turned up. You have the look. Distinctive style, someone people stop scrolling for. You can hold a room. Whether it's 50 viewers or 5,000, you keep energy high and chat engaged. Bonus: experience with live streaming, hosting, sales, podcasting, theater, or DJing. What You'll Do: Host 1 to 2 hour live shopping streams on TikTok Shop and Whatnot Talk about products with real knowledge and stories Run auctions, hype giveaways, engage with chat in real time Bring your personality. We don't want a script reader, we want a host. Los Angeles based, in person at our studio. This is not a remote role.
