Synopsis:

SHOOT DETAILS -Location: New York, NY *must be willing to work as local, no T&A provided* -Callbacks: Tuesday, April 28th (TBD) -Fitting: May 2nd or 3rd -Shoot Date: May 4th - 6th, 1 day only FEATURED PERFORMERS RATES +20% AF IF APPLICABLE -Session: $1,200 / 8hr day -OT: Overtime for hours 9 and 10 is to be paid at a rate of $225.00 USD per hour, and $300.00 USD for Session time beyond 10 hours -Usage/Buyout: $6,000 (Featured Performers will not be entitled to any Buyout compensation should they not make the final edit, not appear as a Featured Performer, or should the commercial not be used.) -Fitting: $75

USAGE - STILLS + VIDEO -Materials: Any and all material derived from the Session(s) including, without limitation, all edits and versions varying in length, language, product, dubbing, and subtitling of commercial(s) where necessary; still photography shot; and B-roll/behind the scenes video & stills. -Brand reserves the right to make use of talent’s name, voice, likeness, and other indicia of identity in the Materials, using any technology available including artificial intelligence, for purposes including, but not limited to: localization of Talent’s likeness for international markets including voice dubbing and changes to talent likeness to represent specific languages; updating product sku -Anticipated Use/Media: All Media, including without limitation, partner websites and third party retail. Territory: Worldwide. -Term: Two (2) years from first use in any media; Archival/Press/PR in perpetuity (Perpetual, worldwide right for non-paid Industrial, PR and archival use, including, but not limited to archival and historical uses, behind the scenes, sales presentations, recruiting content, press and public relations materials, Brand's “Connect” conference, award submissions, social media channels featuring Materials posted during the term, etc.) Archival retention in perpetuity - no obligation to remove materials after expiry - work will no longer be promoted but brand will not be obligated to remove or recall any prior use or distribution -Usage Option: Option to extend usage for an additional year at original Compensation. EXCLUSIVITY/CONFLICTS -Wearable devices (electronic devices that may be worn on the body, including without limitation, smart watches, smart glasses, smart headphones, smart jewelry, smart clothing, smart shoes, etc.) -Artificial Intelligence products and services (Including Generative Artificial Intelligence) direct competitors including, but not limited to OpenAl, Microsoft, Google Al products/services, Amazon Al products/services, Samsung Al products/services, Apple Al products/services -Eyewear (sun and optical categories) Talent should not engage in any other paid brand deals, paid brand partnerships, paid social programming, or any paid event/press activities with competitors in the eyewear space during the term.
