About the Job
Adults of all ages portraying Metro riders with diverse abilities and mobility needs using public transportation in everyday scenarios. May include individuals using mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes, or other accessibility support tools. We are looking for natural, confident individuals who reflect the real diversity of Los Angeles and demonstrate ease and independence while navigating transit spaces and payment methods such as TAP cards, contactless cards, or mobile wallets.
