Vision: Partnering with a production company who wants a modern day yet dramatic Mork and Mindy. They are filming a full scale pilot model Plot: A man takes up an ad and moves in with a couple who needs help with the rent. The complications begin when the wife becomes attracted to the renter. Eventually the couple notice some strange things about their renter that is a bit 'out of this world' As usual, there is a twist a minute when the situation catches fire.
