Project Notes

Marketing campaign for Navy Federal Credit Union. Types of media shoot will create is in-store banners, social media, marketing material internal + external, this content lives in OOH and their library to use at their will. Talent will need to self report to the location and work as a local. No travel fees reimbursed. Auditions will be done through self tape. Client is not asking for any exclusivity with content. Usage of media includes In perpetuity full buyout for Navy Federal and Ryan Smith Productions to use as they wish. In addition the Production Company All Opal to use this in their marketing efforts. Talent must have up to date accurate wardrobe sizes ready when requested from Production. Male actors may need to trim hair to military length or be clean shaven if requested by clients and female actresses may need hair in ponytails and no nail polish if requested by clients. Agency rate is only given if representatives submit actors, actors who self submit do not receive the additional 20%. Rate is flat. Talent will need to disclose if they have ever worked for any banking institutions in the past.
