FITTING: $250+20% (to include 2 hr fitting/wardrobe/rehearsal, if applicable) SESSION: $2,000+20% (per 10 hr shoot day, includes travel to and from session. Overtime will be based 10-hour day) ***USAGE: $6,000+20% (to include below usage - the usage fee IS NOT guaranteed at time of booking. If talent’s face is not recognizable, the session payment covers any and all use in all media in perpetuity.) MINORS, UP TO 17 YRS MAX MANICURE: Up to $75 reimbursement for manicure, if requested, with receipt provided. FITTING: $250+20% (to include 2 hr fitting/wardrobe/rehearsal, if applicable) SESSION: $1,000+20% (per max time allowed on set given age) ***USAGE: $3,000+20%(to include below usage - the usage fee IS NOT guaranteed at time of booking. USAGE: Client agrees to not modify or alter talent’s likeness via the use of generative artificial intelligence (excluding traditional editing tools). TERM: In perpetuity for all Media from first public use (tentatively scheduled for 5/15/26). TERRITORY: North America (including, without limitation, U.S. and its territories, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean) MEDIA: All media, including video & stills/photography, (excluding broadcast and merchandise) now known or hereinafter developed including without limitation: - Industrial (e.g., cinema/theatrical; non-broadcast use, sales videos, trade shows, in-store, stadiums, in-flight, jumbotrons, trade shows, sales meetings, places of public assembly, external meetings, PR, etc.) - Digital/Internet (e.g., Client and Agency owned and operated websites, Internet, social media and third-party websites, emails, other digital, interactive and new media (wireless and mobile, devices, podcasts, streaming and OTT, pre-roll and banner advertising, etc.) - Print (e.g., magazines, newspapers, collateral, point of sale), on billboards and in other outdoor media, etc.) - Corporate/Internal/Self-Promotion (e.g., any and all public relations, press, internal meetings, case studies, self- promotional, award submission and archival purposes in any and all media now or hereinafter invented in perpetuity worldwide. - Over The Top Includes OTT/CTV usage rights for distribution on streaming platforms (including but not limited to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube), accessible via smart TVs, mobile devices, tablets, and desktop. ------------------------------------------------------
