Talent should span 48 through early 58 and reflect the full diversity of the MLB fan-base. ALL ETHNIC TYPES The most important quality is authenticity. These fans need to feel like they actually live and breathe their team. We are not looking for actors who can play a fan. We are looking for fans who can perform on camera.
