We're producing a lifestyle video for Elara, a brand new collection of modern townhomes coming to the heart of Uptown Whittier, CA. This is a warm, character-driven piece that follows a couple as they explore the neighborhood — discovering the charm, community and energy of Uptown Whittier before finding Elara and getting in on the ground floor. The story captures the excitement of being early. There are no model homes yet — just a beautiful retail storefront where the Elara team brings the vision to life through floor plans, renderings and a peek at what's coming. It's the beginning of something, and our couple is smart enough to know it. Shot on location throughout Uptown Whittier and at the Elara retail storefront, we want talent who feels natural, relatable and genuinely at home — on the streets of Whittier and on camera. Think less polished commercial, more authentic slice of life.
