About the Job
A dynamic, high-energy cheer coach with strong leadership and a positive, encouraging presence. The Cheer Expert guides Meekah and the Mini Movers in building a cheer routine by teaching core skills like formation, teamwork, jumps and basic tumbling. Must be physically confident and comfortable demonstrating cheer moves (poses, jumps, simple tumbling) while leading rhythm-based counts and group coordination. Strong improvisation skills required, with the ability to give clear, kid-friendly direction and keep energy focused and fun. Should be motivating, supportive, and able to help kids channel big energy into controlled movement and teamwork. Background in cheerleading, dance, and/or gymnastics preferred.
