ADDITIONAL PAYMENT INFO: Payment Terms: All talent will be paid through the Agency or Production Companys talent payroll provider. Agent invoices will not be accepted. Bookings: Performers will be required to sign all contracts prior to appearing on set and a Performer will not be considered booked until all contracts are signed. Agency Producer will book the performers with casting agent. All talent agreements must be returned via digital scan to the BA Manager upon completion of the shoot. Talent agreements must include an attached photo of talent in wardrobe for identification purposes. Casting Minors: Performers who are under the age of 18 will need parent/guardian signature on all documentation. Parent/guardian will need to be present with minor on set. Minors are required to have work permits when working in many states, including NY, NJ and CA. Obtaining these permits are the responsibility of the childs parent or guardian; however, if a child performs work without a permit, the employer will be in violation of the state labor laws and will be subject to penalties or even to having the production shut down. Casting Director and Production Company should ensure that any child hired will have a valid work permit on their first day of service. Certain States require an employer to have a current Permit To Employ Minors In The Entertainment Industry in order to hire minors. These permits are typically issued by the States Labor Department, and can be held by the production company, the advertiser, the advertising agency or the signatory. It is assumed if we are producing in a state where this permit is required that Production Company will be responsible for ensuring they have the proper permit in place to work w/ minors on set. Production Company will comply with all local & federal rules & regulations regarding child labor and having minors on set (i.e. # of hours depending on age a talent can be on set). Talent Contracts & Identification: Agency will provide the Talent Contracts. The casting agency and Production Company/Payroll Company, if applicable, shall not provide agreement documents to the Talent except what Agency provided to them. No party shall be allowed to modify or alter the Talent Contracts. All Talent contracts must be signed by the Talent and the Producer on set. Each talent contract must have a photo affixed to the Contract of Talent in wardrobe. The photo must be labeled with Talents name. Each and every performer must be photographed in the wardrobe as they appear on camera. Everybody must fill in his or her own forms. The following forms & ID are required to pay Talent: Agency Provided Talent Agreement; W4 or W9; i9; Copy of Talent ID.
