About the Job
The Neighbor lives next door to Sebastian, the MC, in a quiet apartment building. To Sebastian, the Neighbor appears suspicious due to strange packages being delivered and weird, incriminating noises coming from the apartment. In reality, the Neighbor is simply preparing to move out while repainting his apartment and watching horror movies. Yet, his slightly awkward social presence makes him hard to read and "creepy". The character should easily be interpreted as either harmless or slightly creepy, depending on the perspective. The performance should feel natural but just a little off.
