Childhood and best friend of Todd (Lead). After the passing of Todd's wife, as a friend, he is concerned for his overall mental well being. He doesn't coddle Todd, but tries to be there for him. Todd constantly doesn't want to see Jesse, because he'll call Todd's bluff.
