We are seeking Los Angeles–based jazz musicians for a short documentary that explores the artistry and process behind contemporary jazz performance. This project will follow active musicians as they craft their sound, rehearse, and perform live, capturing the creativity, spontaneity, and personal stories that shape their music. The film aims to highlight the unique voices within the LA jazz scene and provide an intimate look at the dedication, collaboration, and energy that goes into bringing live jazz to life. Musicians of all backgrounds, styles, and ensembles are encouraged to apply.
