About the Job
Fred shows up in sweatpants and immediately takes over. She is chaotic, irreverent, brutally honest, and absolutely convinced she knows best. She is the id of every intrusive thought Frida has ever had — and she's very pleased with herself about it. Fred needs to be a force of nature who is somehow also oddly loveable. Think Phoebe Waller-Bridge or Ayo Edebiri — someone who can be deeply wrong and completely compelling at the same time.
