This project is a Proof of Concept episode for a webseries. House sitter is comedy Web Series about a woman, LYNN, who has been hired to watch a house that turns out to be an Air BNB type halfway house with all sorts of strange visitors.

is is a short proof of concept shoot and as such it will not be a fully crewed. This will be a one man band production with the director and actors. Though this film is for copy and credit there are some great non- financial perks to working on this film. The filmmaker is also a professional photographer as well and is willing to trade services for any actress who takes the role. Whether they would like to beef up their personal portfolio or if they wish for help creating an acting reel. The filmmaker is willing to use all the skills at their disposal in trade for the project. The entire episode will be shot in one indoor location in Long Beach, Ca. The Estimated shoot time for this project is 4 hours
