We are looking for a confident home baker with strong experience making sourdough bread from start to finish. Talent should be comfortable speaking on camera while demonstrating the process, including starter maintenance, mixing, proofing, scoring, and baking. This role requires someone who can clearly explain each step of the sourdough process in a natural, approachable way, similar to a cooking show or instructional video. We are looking for someone with authentic experience baking sourdough—not just on-camera talent, but someone who truly understands the craft.
