Synopsis:

Portrait photography project exploring character and presence through classic black-and-white portraiture. Subjects will be photographed on a stage in Pasadena using large-format film. The session focuses on natural expression and subtle storytelling rather than posed modeling. Non-Union Photo Stills/ Photoshoot

Project Notes

The is a Non-Union Photo Stills/ Photoshoot, will be in Pasadena and will last no more than four hours. We are especially interested in individuals with distinctive or timeless features — faces that feel as though they could belong to another era. Modeling experience is not required; natural presence and comfort in front of the camera are more important than posing ability. Compensation will include copy, credit, and payment provided at the completion of the shoot on the day of the session.
