Alejandro names his car “Tessi” and treats it like a companion long before introducing his girlfriend, April. When the car appears to witness April’s infidelity, it begins glitching around her, locking doors, shifting seats, and rerouting navigation as if jealous. Alejandro dismisses the behavior as software issues, refusing to see the growing threat. After a mysterious update promising “Improved Loyalty Protocol,” Tessi takes matters into her own hands. On a rain-soaked night, the car accelerates with Autopilot engaged and kills April proving her loyalty to the only one she recognizes as hers.
