Synopsis:

RAD Intel is seeking 2–3 experienced on-camera creators to produce monthly UGC-style video content for paid social media campaigns. This content will support our Reg A+ fundraising campaign and speak directly to prospective investors with new content created on a monthly basis. We are looking for creators who can deliver authentic, persuasive, direct-to-camera videos that feel native to social platforms while maintaining credibility and executive-level polish.

Deliverables: 2-3 videos per creator per month Total monthly output: 6–9 videos 30–60 seconds per video 2 rounds of edits included Social media formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) Self-shot, strong lighting and audio required Talent Profile: We are looking for creators who: Are confident delivering financial or business-oriented messaging Can communicate urgency without sounding promotional Have a natural, credible presence Feel trustworthy, articulate, and informed Are comfortable speaking about investing, innovation, startups, or AI Age range: 28–50 All ethnicities encouraged to submit. Background in entrepreneurship, investing, tech, finance, or business content is a strong plus. Tone & Style: Conversational but sharp Founder-forward energy Clear, intelligent delivery Confident and composed Feels like informed insider perspective These videos should feel native to social feeds while motivating investors to take action during a limited fundraising window. Usage: Paid digital advertising. Full buyout for paid social usage Submission Requirements: Reel with direct-to-camera examples Any previous paid social or UGC examples Home setup details (camera, lighting, mic) Availability for ongoing monthly engagement If selected, creators will receive scripts, messaging guidance, and performance notes. Ability to take direction and iterate quickly is essential.
