Role: Founder / CEO Age Range: Early 30s–Mid 40s Tone: Smart, ambitious, increasingly overwhelmed. The Boss is driven, capable, and used to being in control. He wants growth until it happens faster than he can process. As hiring explodes, he becomes physically and emotionally outpaced by his own success. What begins as excitement turns into subtle panic. He’s not incompetent, he’s destabilized. By the end, he’s pleading for restraint in a world that won’t slow down. Performance Note: Start confident and contained. Let the overwhelm build gradually.
