RATES and USAGE: Materials: Unlimited still photos and/or non-commercial videos from the Event Media: Internet, industrial, internal, PR, and archival Territory: Worldwide Term: In perpetuity Conflicts/Exclusivity: N/A Special Considerations: A willingness to travel is required for this role. For events within reasonable driving distance, mileage and parking will be reimbursed with proper documentation. For events father away than a ~2 hour drive, performer will be paid for travel days and reimbursed for train/plane tickets and hotel costs, if applicable. Rate Details for March 25 Event: $600 per travel day (days that only include travel, no event performance) if applicable. $800 per corporate or indoor event up to 4 hours, including breaks while in-costume but not including prep time or wrap up before/after the event itself $100 per hour for any in-costume event hours beyond 4 hours, payable in 15-minute increments All rates + 20% agency fee if applicable. FOR FUTURE EVENTS- If an event is outdoors: $1,000 per outdoor or professional sporting event up to 4 hours, including breaks while in-costume but not including prep time or wrap up before/after the event itself All Rates +20% agency fee if applicable.
