A young woman, unhappy with her busy life in a new big city, finds self love through the character of Nirva, her mental health jewelry device. Scene by scene, Nirva guides her to being the best version of herself—from learning her new hobby of ballet, to giving a charismatic work presentation, to spending more time with a mutual love interest. “Nirva” marries the dreamy drama of a Terrence Malick film with the joyful presence of an elevated wellness ad.
