Parody Stormtrooper Character Type: Featured Ensemble Dancer Gender: Female-presenting Elite soldiers of the Empire, reimagined as powerful, commanding burlesque dancers. These performers embody precision, strength, and confidence, delivering clean, technically strong choreography with striking stage presence. Beneath the uniform exterior, each Stormtrooper reveals individuality, attitude, and dynamic performance energy. Stormtroopers serve as core ensemble dancers throughout the production and may portray additional featured roles depending on versatility and physical suitability for specialty costumes. Requirements: Strong technical dance training (jazz, contemporary, hip hop, street jazz, and/or ballet) Ability to learn and execute choreography quickly and cleanly Excellent musicality, clean lines, and controlled movement quality Confident, expressive performers with strong stage presence Comfortable performing in full-face masks and stylized costumes Strong ensemble awareness and synchronization Movement Style: Precise, powerful, and controlled, with sharp execution, confident sensuality, and commanding presence. GENDER: Female-presenting HEIGHT: 5’1” to 5’9” SIZE: US 2 to 8 RACE: ALL ethnicities & looks are needed! BIPOC dancers encouraged to apply DANCE STYLE: Jazz, contemporary, hip hop and/or street jazz. Must have clean lines! ROLES: The Parody Stormtrooper dancers plays other additional roles, depending upon the individual’s dance style and physical suitability for costumes EXPERIENCE: All levels of professional experience will be considered PLEASE NOTE: Must be comfortable wearing full-face masks
