Coworker 2 Man or Woman ages 30-50. You're average Joe/Jane internal company folks who are rightly irritated with outside vendors who should be helping them. This should be played grounded, real, and natural. We are not looking for "announcery" but more voice acting. Script: (pre-recorded message): Thank you for calling Pay time Solutions... Please continue to hold" COWORKER 1: I've called five times. They said payroll wouldn't be late this time. (OFF-SCREEN) COWORKER 2: They're really blowing it. (OFF-SCREEN) COWORKER 1: OH! (remembering) I still haven't heard from benefits. COWORKER 2: Ticket's been open six days! Feels like they never MOVE on stuff. COWORKER 1: They do our compliance... right? COWORKER 2: Uh... No that's umm... I always forget their names. The creepy place. HR DIRECT? I don't believe a human being works there.
