Samantha Blake and Christian Bustamante are casting a new short film entitled “Flor De Alcatraz” by Jazmin Garcia, Sundance award winning director. STORY: 1940s - Chavez Ravine, L.A. Two sisters enjoy a sunny afternoon on the hillside trails of Chavez Ravine. The eldest tells her lil sister a fairy tale version of their mother’s migration story from Mexico, in which their mother is tested by an angel when she encounters a valley of Calla Lilies. We are looking to cast 2 principal roles. Latinas, brown skin ages 7 -28yrs. Acting experience is not necessary, just a desire to explore it.
