---------------------------------------------- ADIDAS TENNIS / FEB-MARCH 2026 NON UNION SHOOT PROJECT DATES: February 28 - March 3 (TBD) *Multiple shoot days not guaranteed* SHOOT LOCATION: Palm Springs, CA Looking for Palm Springs locals and open to LA based talent. RATES: *+20% Agency Fee if applicable TRAVEL DAY RATE*: $250+20% (to cover travel day/time, max of 2 days per talent- *not guaranteed, only applicable to talent based outside of Palm Springs. Client will also provide hotel, mileage, and per diem for those non local) FITTING FEE: $300+20% to cover fitting if separate from shoot date SESSION RATE: $500+20% per 10 hour session USAGE RATE: $1,500+20% to include the below term, territory, and media. Guaranteed at time of booking. USAGE: TERM: 1 Year (12 Months). TERRITORY: Global. MEDIA: All BTL, excluding broadcast & OOH. Details outlined below: RETAIL/POS/PROMOTION: All Promotion/Retail/POS (including moving image) media including but not limited to catalogues, in-store magazines, brochures, in-store posters, graphics, manuals, direct marketing, direct mailings, videos, events, giveaways, samples, wobblers, promotional packs, displays, floor stickers and any other materials used to promote at the point of sale and in partner gyms including but not limited to store windows. DIGITAL: All Digital/Interactive Media including but not limited to Internet, social media platforms, banners, videos, web and services like E-commerce, online advertising, apps and other interactive media including those not yet invented. PR: All Public Relations activities in any media, including but not limited to press releases, press conferences, sponsoring activities, advertorials, onsite event materials, videos and any editorial articles. In perpetuity: INTERNAL and ARCHIVAL USE: All Internal Communications and adidas archives, showreels and self- promotion including awards and case studies, Corporate Communications including compilation films and any posts on social media channels/websites provided the images were placed on such social media channels/websites during the Term. PRE-NEGOTIATED ADDITIONAL USAGE OPTION: To add all ATL usage for 1 year (12 months), excludes Broadcast. *Pickup of this option is not guaranteed: + $1,500+20% ----------------------------------------------
