About the Job
Two roles for ONE actress: Character 1: Shamaness A wild, primal, supernatural presence. She is not predatory and does not seek out men; instead, she exists as a force of revelation. When approached with entitlement or ill intent, she reflects that darkness back onto those who project it, often exposing their true nature and precipitating their downfall. She is elemental, unsettling, and otherworldly - more force than person. Character 2: Mira A rising actress navigating public success and private exhaustion. While deeply committed to her craft, Mira is worn down by the persona she is expected to embody for the industry and the audience at large. Beneath the polish is a woman grappling with identity, agency, and the cost of being endlessly visible while feeling unseen.
