Hiro is the extremely experienced head sushi chef. Stern and strict, he just knows what he wants and rarely smiles. Everything he does is for the restaurant. He recruits Eric out of necessity, but realizes that maybe they need each other. Sushi making skills are preferred - please note if so. SPEAKS JAPANESE, and speaks English with a Japanese accent. LARGE SUPPORTING, works approx. 4 days. Rate: $125/Day Guaranteed Pay.
