We're capturing authentic lifestyle moments at Magnolia, a new home community in Arcadia. This shoot focuses on families and couples enjoying their homes and community amenities including the clubhouse, playground, firepit and green spaces. Joyce, our local insider from previous videos, will appear as the welcoming neighbor who brings the community together. The tone is warm, natural and lived-in. We're looking for talent who can bring genuine energy to create an inviting portrayal of life at Magnolia.
