Studio 3 is seeking a grounded, adaptable on-camera host with a strong background in improv and sketch performance. This role centers on hosting and framing content while occasionally shifting into light, stylized performance modes. This is not a character-led or personality-driven role. The host serves the format first, using tone, timing, and versatility to support the material rather than dominate it. The ideal performer is confident appearing as herself, capable of creative range without spectacle, and comfortable working within a minimalist, archive-forward format. This role centers on hosting and framing content in a minimalist, archive-forward format. The host must be comfortable appearing as herself and visually shifting presentation through makeup, styling, or light prosthetic work as needed—without relying on lore, backstory, or personality-driven branding. The emphasis is on control, versatility, and visual storytelling, not spectacle. This is a limited-scope collaboration with clearly defined boundaries and no guarantee of recurring appearances. PERFORMANCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS The ideal performer: Is comfortable hosting as herself, direct to camera Can transform appearance using makeup, SFX, wigs, or styling to support tone shifts Understands how visual changes affect mood, pacing, and audience perception Can adjust performance style to match visual presentation without overplaying it Uses makeup and design as a tool, not the focus of the performance Transformations should feel intentional and restrained, serving the format rather than dominating it. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS • Improv and sketch comedy experience • Self-sufficient performer (costumes, makeup, basic setup handled independently) • Comfortable on camera without hiding behind a persona • Able to shift tone and energy quickly while maintaining restraint • Brings a distinct performance sensibility or cadence • Calm, collaborative, low-ego working style
