****TALENT WILL BE CONTRACTED AND PAID BASED ON THE NEW 2025 SAG/AFTRA COMPENSATION STRUCTURE. All Standard Provisions of the SAG Commercials Contract apply. We intend to book all performers at SAG SCALE ($822.30/8) with all rights included. In addition to all standard terms and conditions of the foregoing “Screen Actors Guild Standard Employment Contract for Television Commercials” (the “Contract”), we intend to book performers as follows if excercised: Full Library Usage: Stills: Digital, Print, Packaging, Industrial/OOH. Markets: US NA (TBD) If exercised: OCP will be compensated at: • $250/day for the session/shoot (if separate photo session occurs) • $3,000 (no agency fee- real people casting) to be paid for unlimited use to any performer used in such capacity for 5 years from 1st use date. This covers use from photo shoot and/or stills pulled from footage (if exercised) Print/Stills Fitting: $125 Option: Additional 5 Years of Photo pre-negotiated at $3,300 if exercised. Behind-the-Scenes Footage: If Agency elects to shoot behind-the-scenes footage during the commercial shoot and a performer is filmed for such use, the performer will be paid the applicable scale session fee under the SAG Industrial Contract - Category II. Contracts will be provided on set.
