RATES: *+20% Agency Fee if applicable FIT FEE: $100 + 20% (up to 2 hours) SESSION FEE: $500+20% per 8 hour session USAGE FEE:: $3,000 +20% to include the below term, territory, and media. Includes Exclusivity. Guaranteed at time of booking. USAGE TERM: 1 year from date of first use TERRITORY: Worldwide for internet, social & industrial; North America and UK for Print and DOOH. MEDIA: All internet and digital use including but not limited to paid social media, unpaid social media and digital OOH; All print media (including consumer print (e.g. magazine, trade, flyers), direct response marketing (e.g. direct mail), out-of-home and catalogs, point of purchase for retail; Industrial use (including without limitation) In-store, event marketing,giveaways, conferences, Jumbotron, closed circuit TV, digital OOH, in-flight, cinema; PR including industry award shows and trade publications; In perpetuity the following uses: (i) internal (non-public facing) archival use and agency website & PR use and (ii) social media posts first communicated to the public during the Term (including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter etc). Exclusivity for the length of the term in the category of Paint Suppliers/Retailers that sell paint Talent will be paid via timecard
