USAGE FEE: $10,000+20% to include the below term, territory, and media. Guaranteed at time of booking. USAGE Term: 2 years. Beginning date of first insertion (Expected air/live date: 2/26/26) Territory: North America (assumes digital is WW by default) Exclusivity: None Media: ● Website/Web Pages: inclusive but not limited to; Brand website, microsites, landing pages, Partner websites in conjunction with client brand marketing or promotions. ● Organic Social Media: Posts, profiles, stories on all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.) without paid promotion/boosting ● Paid/Boosted Digital: Any paid advertising across all platforms: programmatic ads, display ads, paid search, boosted social posts, retargeting ● Digital Communications: Email marketing (in-app, newsletters, promotional emails) ● OOH: Billboards (print & digital), inclusive but not limited to; transit shelters, bus wraps, transportation, taxi toppers ● All forms of Industrial Use / Internal Use: (including, without limitation, cinema, in-store, trade shows, sales conferences, digital OOH, stadium, places of public assembly) ● Editorial Use: All forms of Industrial Use (including, without limitation, in cinema, in-store, trade shows, sales conferences, digital OOH, in stadium, places of public assembly) ● Public Relations (PR): PR and promotional, Use by third-party media outlets (magazines, newspapers, news websites) for editorial coverage of the brand/campaign ● Archival/Historical: Perpetual archival rights on owned social channels ● Excludes broadcast and packaging
