RATES: Travel Days: $600 USD per day ($1200 total) Down Days: $200 USD per down day Fittings: $200/6 hrs. (OT $25 per hour) Session:$700/12 hrs. (OT $50 per hour) Guarnteed BO: $2,200 Agent Fees: 20% on all fees above Per Diem: $100 USD per day to be paid on invoice Transportation: $200 total to and from airport in US. Transportation provided in Thailand. Flight & Hotel: Economy flight and 4 star hotel. Projected Total for talent minus per diem/transpo is $4500 + 20% AF. **MUST HAVE VALID PASSPORT WITH AT LEAST 6 MONTHS VALIDITY FROM TRAVEL DATE AND 1 BLANK PAGE ON PASSPORT. BOOKED TALENT WILL TRAVEL TO THAILAND FOR THE SHOOT. OPTIONS: 2nd 18 months renewal a same rate + 10% Add TVC North America 18 months + $2500 USD Buyout Add TVC any additional Contintent 18 months + $2500 USD Buyout Add Print 18 months + $2000 USD Buyout *All above + 20% agent fee Shoot 1 day.
