We’re casting for an exciting destination shoot that showcases all the beauty and adventure West Virginia has to offer during the winter months. We are seeking authentic talent and specifically need to hire a young girl who can play between the ages of 6 and 9 years old and MUST be experienced in either skiing or snowboarding. We will be cross-checking and requesting to see photos and/or videos, if available. The plotline follows a child who has never done the sport but successfully makes her way down the mountain at the end of the spot - so comfort level and stamina on skis or a snowboard are essential. Course will be at a beginner level appropriate for children. The plan is to later cast a set of parents to accompany the young girl for the shoot, unless real parents are able to submit (it’s imperative that everyone have on-set experience). We would love to find a local hire to the state of West Virginia with native roots. We will be shooting over the course of 4 to 5 consecutive days and need to cast a child who not only has this skill set, but also an upbeat and energized personality, able to take on shoot days lasting up to six hours per half day.
