Following a recent mental health crisis, sixteen year - old Maya is placed in a therapeutic boarding school designed to "reform troubled teens." Upon arrival she encounters a diverse group of girls, each battling private demons and navigating the strict environment under watchful staff. Maya struggles to adjust, experiencing intense flashbacks tied to her past. She soon crosses paths with Lila, a mysterious student who warns her about the school secrets. As Maya forms unlikely bonds with her housemates, a sisterhood emerges-rebellious, raw and honest, Tensions rise as strict therapists enforce rigid rules, pushing the girls to their limits. When Maya uncovers a hidden room revealing the fate of former residents, she begins to question the institution and confront her own trauma.
