Stills and Motion ● Term: Perpetuity ● Territory: Global ● Media: Industrial, Internet, Digital (Including Streaming) & Social Media All Media (Excluding Broadcast) These deliverables include: To film and record content with unlimited edits/lifts/versions and to take & use unlimited still photography. NOTE: Talent shall grant permission of inputting any shoot footage, stills or materials of their likeness into any generative artificial intelligence software. Payment is through Extreme Reach. Each talent will need to provide a W4 Tax Form, and I-9 Employment Eligibility form. Payroll taxes will be deducted accordingly. Must be legal to work in the US. No minors.
