GWCI is seeking people to portray 1880s Background on THE GILDED AGE - SEASON 4. Seeking general availability during the month of March in NYC area. Prior fitting required in Brooklyn, NY. Rate: $224/8hrs Fitting Rate: 1/4 check PLEASE NOTE: - MEN: height, chest, waist sizes - WOMEN: height, bust-waist-hip sizes PLEASE BE SURE YOUR WAIST MEASUREMENT IS NOT YOUR PANTS SIZE, BUT IS THE ACTUAL MEASUREMENT OF YOUR WAIST AROUND YOUR BELLY BUTTON. **Height, weight, and clothing sizes are used for costuming purposes only, unless needed for the casting of stand-ins or photo doubles. Everyone must be comfortable working around atmospheric smoke and have no allergies to wool. Men must have some length to their hair (no buzzcuts, fades, modern undercuts, twists, modern hairstyles) Everyone must be comfortable receiving a period appropriate haircut and/or facial hair alteration to fit the time period. NO visible tattoos. NO visible piercings that cannot be removed for work. NO acrylic nails, polish, gel polish or gel extensions, or square shapes. Natural rounded nails only. This background role is covered by SAG-AFTRA CBA and subject to a Preference of Employment provision. Please note, you must be able to present valid identification to fill out a Federal I9 form and be paid.
