Looking for Real restaurant owners and staff. This might be a family run restaurant or small neighborhood type place. The owner should be on the younger side and this is their first venture into business ownership. We would love to see the owner audition with some of their staff. We would ideally like to have the owner and staff tape together inside the restaurant. If you cannot be in the same physical space, totally fine, perhaps you could all get on Zoom and record the conversation.
