A performer who can play both ends of his transformation (30 yr old and 70-80 yr old) and handle the physical comedy the script relies on. First, movement. Jack needs to be physically coordinated - able to do some yoga and play some basketball; these beats only land if the actor can physically deliver them, not “act” them. The audience has to root for Jack instantly. He’s the everyman who finally gets his win and throws himself into life.
