About the Job
We are looking for influencers on YouTube only who have at the very least 1k+ followers. They must be creators in BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or Disability Communities, creators who are Moms or Young Parents, are Lifestyle/Morning Routine Content Creators, Sustainable Living Creators, and Coffee Lovers & Home Baristas. We are looking for influencers who are coffee lovers who: -Prioritize inclusive voices that often have strong, loyal followings -Promote community-first brands that give back and care about values -Amplify brand values in a way that builds trust and culture, not just reach -Are actively engaged on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube -Willing to invest in premium coffee experiences -Likely to post aesthetically pleasing content (kitchen setups, coffee rituals, morning routines) -At a life stage where gifting, home rituals, and subscription products matter Must also be comfortable creating: -Aesthetic morning or brew videos -Cozy home setups (with your coffee + mug) -Reviews of coffee gift sets and unboxings -Story takeovers, giveaways, or “first sip of the day” rituals -Creating 3 videos for our brand -Okay with 10% commission and $5/video
