Any Gender. Latin, Afro Latino, 30s-60s. Talent Must be an advanced level musician, ideally with Caribbean instruments. They need to be believable portraying the band leader of a latin kid band. A familiarity with this musical leadership ability for authenticity sake is imperative. They are portraying a trusted member in the latin music community. Not a strict conductor but the kind of adult every kid looks up to. They bring a gentle nod, a soft count in. A smile when a kid rushes in late.
