About the Job
A disillusioned former author and activist living in a quiet retirement. He was incredibly popular and influential in the sixties but grew disillusioned with fame after he started to feel that people were ignoring his message. He is now living in semi-isolation and actively rejects any calls to re-enter the public sphere. As a child, he loved baseball and wanted to play one day, but he never followed up on the dream and doesn’t think about it often.
