Our podcast host is a traditionally hyper-masculine, heteronormtive, American man - defined by traits like patriotism, strength, stoicism, independence, dominance, and being the provider. Something of a Joe Rogan type. His podcast discusses concerns with "threats" to traditional masculinity stemming from poor nutrition - such as how foreign additives and microplastics are draining men of their "potency," and how poor ultra-processed diets are making men weak and soft. He has the solution and is keen to present it to his audience and help whip them back into being "real" men. He is on the taller side, in great physical shape, has healthy facial hair, and presents traditionally masculine.
