About the Job
The Nurse is a compassionate caregiver who regularly checks in on Rose, making sure she’s dressed, safe, and cared for with dignity. Patient and nurturing, they’ve become one of the few consistent anchors in Rose’s declining world. But as Rose’s memory rapidly worsens, even the Nurse begins to worry. Despite their deep concern and genuine affection, they know Rose now requires around-the-clock care, something they can no longer provide on their own. Their growing frustration and heartbreak stem not from duty, but from the pain of watching someone slip away piece by piece.
