Choppo the Bartending Clown is the owner of a bar in which the local clown community masses. He is a big and burly man and takes things much more seriously than one would suspect a clown to take things. With a preference for dry humor, his seriousness is always in some attempt to lighten the mood either through absurdity or contradiction.
