Janet
About the Job
Sam’s wife. In the “real” world, Janet is overworked, distracted, and emotionally unavailable. She burns dinner, misses date nights, and leaves Sam feeling neglected. After Sam uses the button, she transforms into a hyper-sexual, obsessive housewife — the exaggerated fantasy version of what Sam thinks he wants, to comedic and unsettling extremes. An actor should be able to play both grounded realism and over-the-top parody.
