Characters will demonstrate different self-defense techniques of how to Block, Hit, and Escape from: - Arm/Wrist Grabs - Bearhugs - Chokeholds - Hair Grabs - Headlocks - Ground Defense Filming will be on a Saturday or multiple Saturdays in November.
